Enter Academy property from Route 68, across from the Watch Factory Shoppes.   Follow road towards the gym/pool, which is the last building on the right.   Park in the lot in front of the gym and/or around the corner from the gym on the lower parking lot if there is overflow.  The actual meetings will be held in the Richardson Lecture Hall in the John J. White Science and Technology Center, which is the large building in the center of Academy property with the lighted clock on the top of the building and located across from the gym.

   The bus trip leaves Cheshire Town Hall parking lot at 3:00 p.m. sharp and will be returning to

   the Cheshire Town Hall parking lot at approximately 11:30 p.m.

   The cost is $35.00 per person and includes, FREE full buffet or $10.00 voucher to any restaurant

   in the casino, a FREE $10.00 bet, round trip bus transportation and 5 hours of fun, gambling,

   shopping and eating.

Check Relay Activities

There will be new and exciting activities which will take place at Relay this year. Please check your captain packets for information.  There are two different captain packets, Adult and Young Adult. We will be giving updates at the captain's meetings. Check the Forms page for more information on young adult and youth activities.

 

Waivers must be signed and turned in by  - Check Calendar

Teams will not receive their t-shirts if the entire teams waivers are not signed

and turned in.  We encourage you to hand in your waivers as soon as possible. Waivers, T-Shirt order form and Memorial Torch form can be turned in at Relay Headquarters.

 

Memorial Torch forms turned in by  - Check Calendar

All memorial torch forms must be completed and turned in at Relay Headquarters.

 

Young Adult Teams must turn Chaperone forms by
