Check Relay Activities

There will be new and exciting activities which will take place at Relay this year. Please check your captain packets for information. There are two different captain packets, Adult and Young Adult. We will be giving updates at the captain's meetings. Check the Forms page for more information on young adult and youth activities.

Waivers must be signed and turned in by - Check Calendar

Teams will not receive their t-shirts if the entire teams waivers are not signed

and turned in. We encourage you to hand in your waivers as soon as possible. Waivers, T-Shirt order form and Memorial Torch form can be turned in at Relay Headquarters.

Memorial Torch forms turned in by - Check Calendar

All memorial torch forms must be completed and turned in at Relay Headquarters.

Young Adult Teams must turn Chaperone forms by

11:00 a.m.	Gate opens for entrance from Elmwood Drive
1:30 – 5:00 p.m.	Team Captain check in@ Registration tent. ALL TEAMS are required to check in. YOUNG ADULT teams must be accompanied by a chaperone.
1:00 – 8:30	Luminaria & Torch sales open
2:00	Finance opens for collection of fundraising
2:00	Elmwood Drive gate CLOSED. All cars must exit trackside areas. ** ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING ON THE TRACK **
4:00 – 6:00	*Kids Care!* meets at Relay Café tent
4:00 – 10:00	Food Court open
4:00	Silent Auction and Prize Drawings open
4:30 – 5:30	Miss Relay
5:00	Survivor Tent Opens
5:30	Kids Care! takes to the track!
6:00	Opening Ceremony on Main Stage
6:30 – 7:15	Bachelor Auction on Main Stage
7:00 – 8:45	Survivor Reception begins at the Survivor Tent
7:15 – 8:15	Performance by 42^nd Street Band on Main Stage
8:15	Silent Auction & Prize Drawings closed for evening
8:30	Finance closes collection of fundraising until morning
8:45	Luminaria Ceremony
10:00	Cheshire Idol on Main Stage
11:15	Volleyball teams report to Gymnasium – participants must wear their event wristband to return to Relay
Midnight	Farley-Toce Memorial Volleyball at Cheshire High Schoolym

Luminaria and Memorial Torches may be purchased until 8:30 Friday night
